# Introduction

> Build a thriving server economy with rewards, games, and custom shops.

## Build a World

Kaori's economy system is designed to drive engagement by rewarding active members. Users can earn coins, compete on leaderboards, and spend their hard-earned currency on custom server roles or items.

## Earning Coins

Members can build their wealth through daily interactions and specialized commands.

    Use `/daily` to claim a streak-based reward. The longer the streak, the higher the bonus.

    Use `/rep` to give a reputation point to another user, boosting their global trust score and giving them a small coin bonus.

## Spending & Banking

Wealth is only useful if there's something to buy.

### The Server Shop

Admins can create custom items and roles in the [Shop Editor](https://kaoribot.com/app).

* **Custom Roles**: Automate role purchases with coins.
* **Server Items**: Unique items that can be displayed on a user's profile.
* **Limited Editions**: Set stock limits to create rarity.

### The Bank

Coins in a user's pocket are vulnerable to specific "rob" commands (if enabled). Encourage users to use `/bank deposit` to keep their wealth safe, potentially earning interest over time.

## Global Economy

Kaori also features a **Global Balance** that follows users across servers. This currency is used to buy premium cosmetics like profile banners and custom badge icons.
